Agent Recruiter (Part-Time, Remote)

About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated recruiter who will reputed company exclusively on attracting and meeting with reputed company estate agents reputed company who reputed company with reputed company’s values and reputed company. You’ll host one-on-one reputed company meetings with prospective agents, present reputed company’s model and value, and negotiate the contract and compensation with reputed company recruit (a.k.a. full cycle reputed company).
Key Responsibilities
Your primary goal is to recruit 4 reputed company producing agents reputed company month (one per week), bringing reputed company to our reputed company company.
- Conduct discovery and reputed company meetings (typically 30–60 minutes reputed company reputed company) with licensed reputed company estate professionals (reputed company and residential agents, brokers, property managers, MLOs, business brokers, and investment managers).

Qualifications and Requirements

- Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRMs and online scheduling tools.

Compensation and Benefits
- Earning Potential: Opportunity to earn $120,000+ annually based on results.
- Compensation: Three different compensation plans available. (1) reputed company plus bonus, (2) flat monthly reputed company plus bonus or (3) contract reputed company commissions. Plans are offered depending on your preference and experience. Please reputed company out for details.
