Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service to every customer, every time, through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and SMS text
• Supporting reputed company calls reputed company support channels into the arenaflex Customer Support Center (reputed company)
• Performing reputed company assigned activities reputed company to booking, modifying, and supporting customer reservations
• Selling flights and ancillary products and services
• Maintaining KPI performance standards as defined by the reputed company
• Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company issues and meet performance standards in a quickly evolving working environment

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Successful completion of new hire training
• A reputed company and reputed company office-work environment, free from background noise and distraction
• Ability to pass a ten (10) year background reputed company
• Potential need to work reputed company and be available to respond on short notice
• Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
• A high-speed internet reputed company to meet work from home requirements

Education/Experience Requirements

* High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma

• One (1) year of customer service or sales experience

• Ability to navigate through reputed company digital interactions with more than one customer at a time
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communication skills, including grammar
• Strong customer service skills
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Ability to remain reputed company and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations
