A Day in the Life
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where reputed company's leading logistics system operates. Your day will be filled with interacting with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers to ensure seamless delivery experiences. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing expert guidance and support to customers, resolving issues promptly, and making quick reputed company to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Station reputed company at a Locker/Counter Hub, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs

- Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers

Basic Qualifications
* High School or equivalent diploma
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency

Preferred Qualifications
