The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Experience Analyst to join our Customer Experience reputed company and Intelligence team. As an individual contributor, you'll report directly to the Senior Customer Experience reputed company Manager and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business reputed company and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities
- Influence: Collaborate with the Senior Customer Experience reputed company Manager to reputed company strategic business cases for Customer Experience initiatives, influencing partners and Senior Executives to drive business reputed company.
- Analytics: reputed company data to initiate key workstreams, prioritize reputed company, reputed company a Customer-reputed company roadmap, and reputed company insightful data-driven recommendations to improve the customer experience.
- Customer Experience reputed company: Propose points of view on potential business impacts through discovery and translation of insights, supporting customer experience, product, pricing, forecasting, planning, and marketing reputed company.
- Project Management: Support and influence cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company business analysis requirements on multiple high-reputed company reputed company, developing project plans that reputed company value, set milestones, and connect across reputed company partners.
- Financial: Support the development of key inputs for long-term and annual operating plans that support key Customer Experience Initiatives.

### Essential Qualifications & Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in reputed company, business, or analytical-reputed company roles
- Demonstrated proficiency with Tableau
- Solution-oriented, creative problem solver with high intellectual curiosity
- Time-management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple requests and proactively communicate status to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated competency in data collection, design, data analysis, data reputed company control, database file management
