Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Representative, Customer Solutions, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Sorting and separating documents generated daily to ensure accurate and efficient processing
• Correlating outgoing cover letters with necessary enclosures to ensure accuracy and reputed company

• Ensuring compliance with arenaflex Operating Instructions, federal and state regulations, and reputed company contract agreements

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:

• Minimum 9 months of customer service, collections, fraud, or operations experience responding to customer requests/inquiries/complaints
• Work experience with computer-based programs such as reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Must be willing to work in the Cincinnati/reputed company Chester office as an essential employee

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the reputed company process

• New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of reputed company service with reputed company before they are eligible to post on other roles
