As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the voice of reputed company, delivering a world-class customer experience that exceeds our customers' expectations. You'll cultivate relationships, resolve reputed company issues, and reputed company solutions to customers through empathetic and consultative approaches. Key Responsibilities

Work Schedule

* This is a full-time position (40 working hours per week)

• Hours of operation are subject to change, including possible Mandatory Overtime reputed company business needs require
• reputed company business hours are Monday – Friday 7:00am to 9:00pm and Saturday & reputed company 8:00am to 9:00pm CST
• Initial training/nesting hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm (~3 months). Attendance is Mandatory Daily.
• Post-training/nesting hours – will shift to reputed company hours that could include Saturday and/or reputed company

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
• Ability to pass a background reputed company and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Preferred Qualifications
