Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Offering customers pricing, delivery, and product information in a courteous and reputed company manner
• Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and performing other marketing tasks, such as promoting and selling products, and processing or confirming sales
• Monitoring and addressing reputed company requirements on customers' portals and forwarding reputed company and technical needs to the appropriate department
