As a Benefits Enrollment Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company reputed company employees, answering their questions, and resolving their issues reputed company to benefits and reputed company enrollment. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, reputed company accurate information, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home after completing our comprehensive training program.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and respond to 30-40 inbound calls per day from reputed company reputed company employees regarding benefits and reputed company enrollment

- Explain and interpret reputed company aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents
- Examine, assess, and combine data to reputed company information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization
- reputed company needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures
- Record employee enrollment in benefits
- Utilize your expertise in a more reputed company aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures
Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively reputed company inbound calls, email, and chat
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, including Outlook and Word
- Ability to navigate computer systems while on the phone with customers
- Strong attendance and reliability, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-reputed company results
Training and reputed company
* Our comprehensive training program will reputed company you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role
- Training will take reputed company at our training location in El Paso, Texas, and will last for 3-4 weeks, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm
- After completing training, you will work 100% remotely, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, assigned between Monday and Friday, 6am-6pm, with one Saturday per month (overtime)
