The Coordinator audits to ensure the reputed company of the medical record and that the appropriate clinical documentation has been thoroughly and reputed company recorded. The Coord, Clinical Documentation (audit) provides feedback and direction on new audit workflows as audits are adjusted to support areas identified reputed company Regulatory survey reputed company plans, or compliance gaps involving clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• The Coordinator, Clinical Documentation (Audit) reviews and audits medical record documentation against Federal and State regulatory compliance requirements interpreting compliance of documentation with required standards.
• Accurately collects and compiles data in support of regulatory survey reputed company plans, hospital audit requirements, and any clinical documentation reputed company requests for information for executive level reporting to BJC System committees, BJC reporting dashboards, BJC & reputed company Regulatory Committees, etc.
• Assists Clinical Documentation Specialists in ensuring the reputed company of the medical record accurately reflects clinical documentation has been thoroughly and reputed company recorded.
• Maintains and collaborates to complete collection of clinical documentation data to support reputed company reporting to Regulatory Teams, Hospital Leadership and other applicable teams reputed company on ensuring compliant clinical documentation.
