As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to health plan members, providers, and their representatives. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have reputed company to reputed company a reputed company difference in people's lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional support to health plan members, providers, and their representatives through phone, email, and chat channels
• Answering and managing inbound inquiries regarding health plan benefits and claims, eligibility, medical and other reputed company procedures, billing and payments, and other reputed company topics
• Conducting outbound and/or return calls to customers, as necessary, to resolve issues and reputed company additional support
• Asking appropriate questions and listening reputed company to identify specific questions or issues to reputed company appropriate response and type of assistance the customer needs
