A Day in the Life

As a Full Stack Customer Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to and documenting customer technical inquiries reputed company phone calls, chat messages, and emails from prospective and reputed company customers (patients and their support persons and reputed company). Compensation & Benefits
