Senior Consultant, reputed company Policy – HCBS

Job reputed company:

• reputed company one or more reputed company policy initiative(s) with reputed company that will engage in activities such as policy analysis and recommendations, facilitating reputed company meetings, reputed company item and decision management, deliverable development, and project reputed company tracking and reporting (reputed company work)
• Drive your development through an annual process that supports your reputed company goal in partnership with your supervisor and reputed company’s learning and development team (staff development)
• Participate in new business development through activities such as research, supporting proposal content, or developing marketing materials (business development)

Requirements:

• Seven years of relevant experience, including three or more years working for a state reputed company agency supporting policy initiatives or as a consultant directly to a state reputed company agency.
• Experience with the HCBS reputed company measures set and/or reputed company reputed company management and measurement
• reputed company experience working with reputed company authorities such as state plan services, HCBS waivers, reputed company program implementation, as reputed company as federal compliance and reporting.
• Experience analyzing regulations and sub-regulatory guidance to inform the direction of the reputed company program along with managing reputed company and initiatives to implement program changes to reputed company with the regulation
• Experience managing workplans, timelines, and reputed company including deliverables, operational and administrative tasks, risk, and reputed company communication
• Preferred: Experience developing and implementing reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and reputed company reputed company
• Preferred: Experience conducting training sessions for staff and interested parties on HCBS policies, procedures, and best practices
• Preferred: CMS Waiver Management System (WMS), reputed company Model Data Lab (MMDL), and MACPro portals
