As a Manager, Customer Insights Retail Media Network at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping our clients reputed company their business goals through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. You will engage directly with our clients to review their media investments, identify areas for optimization and reputed company, and reputed company test and learn plans to drive business results. What You Will Do
* Create annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported, aligning with arenaflex's overall business objectives

- Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal partners and external clients and agencies
- Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for reputed company media investments, regularly delivering these recommendations to internal leadership and external vendor-partners
- reputed company the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights
- Tell data stories that support other key deliverables, such as sales pitches and case studies

- Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to reputed company input on reporting capabilities based on reputed company feedback

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or reputed company Quantitative
- 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics
- Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
- Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
- Experience with A/B testing
- Experience with reputed company Office tools (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sequel, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's Degree in a reputed company field (e.g. Master's in Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)
- Experience leading teams and driving business reputed company
- Experience managing global teams
- Experience working in a retail environment

Compensation and Benefits
