As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling property and casualty (P&C) reputed company customer service and billing inquiries, providing quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium. You'll work closely with our policyholders to understand their needs, offer personalized solutions, and ensure seamless policy management. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional service and support to our valued members and customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle property and casualty (P&C) reputed company customer service and billing inquiries reputed company telephone, email, and reputed company mail

• reputed company policyholders with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium
• Review and update policies to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of the consumer
• Counsel policyholders on appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment reputed company, and state laws to ensure sufficient protection against risks covered by P&C insurance

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly reputed company customer service experience in an insurance environment

• Property and Casualty insurance license required
