We're seeking a highly skilled Concierge Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their members, navigating reputed company reputed company systems, and building meaningful relationships. Responsibilities

As a Concierge Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers reputed company defined service standards
• Negotiating with providers to reputed company acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out of network providers
• Assisting members with benefits and reputed company questions
• Documenting reputed company calls received in system-based call log
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in customer service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, with 2 years of college or higher education preferred
• At least one year of customer service or call center experience in a reputed company-reputed company role
• Medical intake or reputed company-Party Administrator (TPA) experience is a plus
• Bilingual English-Spanish skills are a plus
• Strong customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency with reputed company applications and strong computer skills
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Knowledge of provider organizations and networks
• Knowledge and understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates
• Ability to effectively negotiate reputed company structures

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in claim processing, insurance verification, or reputed company-certification

• Understanding of Self-Funded health benefits
• Provider office/facility billing department or financial area experience

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position is in a typical office/home office environment, requiring prolonged sitting in reputed company of a computer. Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
