Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a reputed company, accurate, and efficient manner
- Maximizing every sales opportunity by upselling and cross-selling profitable products
- Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
