As a Remote Online Chat Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our members through various digital channels, including chat, messaging, email, and phone. You'll be responsible for resolving member inquiries, cross-selling our products and services, and opening and closing deposit accounts. Key Responsibilities
* Member Service: reputed company and effectively answer member inquiries, solve problems, and assist with transactions and lending inquiries through digital channels.

- Financial Expertise: reputed company as a subject matter expert for reputed company online products and services, including Online Banking, reputed company Pay, Mobile Deposit, External Transfers, Online Account Opening, Mobile Banking, Chat and Text Support.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products and services.

Requirements
* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a customer service position.
- Telecommuting Program: Must meet the requirements for our Telecommuting Program (more information below).
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and member service skills.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of reputed company Office products, especially Word, reputed company, and PPT.

Work Schedule
* Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
