We're seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join reputed company, working approximately 3-29 hours per week. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, technical expertise, and reputed company to our clients during a critical time. You'll work from the comfort of your own home office, choosing your own schedule reputed company our designated hours.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs.
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process.
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to reputed company-specific handling instructions.
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
• Maintaining punctuality and reliability, adhering to break and lunch schedules to ensure consistent customer service coverage.

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Language Skills:

+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports. + Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions. + Ability to project a confident, reputed company, and reputed company telephone reputed company. + Ability to reputed company feedback verbally and written in a reputed company, reputed company manner.

• Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
• Computer Skills:

+ Knowledge of basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company. + Ability to type at least 40wpm.

• Education and Experience:

+ High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required. + 1-2 years of reputed company assurance experience preferred.

Network Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure work experience, you'll need:

• A private network (no public locations allowed).
• No VPNs allowed, as logins must happen in the US.
• Upon hire, a Speed Test must be run from the computer you'll be working from (www.speedtest.net).
