As a Customer Service Representative - Back Office, you'll be responsible for reputed company managing your workload and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Previous experience in an office-based role, with a reputed company on customer service and correspondence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively addressing customer queries
- Basic office skills and IT awareness
