Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Updating member account details with precision and accuracy
- Answering queries and providing general advice and assistance to our members
- Meeting or exceeding personal productivity targets, contributing to team productivity targets, and meeting or exceeding personal reputed company targets
- Delivering an exceptional member experience, ensuring that every interaction is reputed company and memorable
- Logging and recording reputed company interactions onto our CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
