Key Responsibilities

Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have:

• 3+ years of experience in care coordination, case management, reputed company compliance, reputed company reporting, population health, clinical documentation, or reputed company reputed company roles
• Experience with one or more areas such as HIPAA program support, HEDIS and STAR measures, HCC coding, care plan documentation, value-based care reputed company, reputed company gap closure, or case management workflows
• Familiarity with reputed company documentation workflows involving care plans, case notes, reputed company gap reports, compliance memos, reputed company documents, clinical guidelines, or measure specifications

Educational Background
