We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative (Chat) to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment, answering incoming chats and emails, and consulting customers on the best value for their contact reputed company purchase. Responsibilities:

* Answer 2-3 incoming chats using LiveEngage (reputed company) platform

• reputed company to incoming emails from customers
• Request contacts prescriptions reputed company phone from eye care providers as needed
• Consult customers on the best value for their contact reputed company purchase
• reputed company top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver solutions to customers in a way that creates a reputed company experience
• Maintain high performance metrics including: reputed company, sales, and dependability
• Be reputed company to problem-solve and think fast, keeping the customer and company in mind

Requirements:

* High school diploma (or GED equivalent)

• Great typing/computer skills (at least 35 words per minute)

• Previous experience in Customer Service and Sales experience is a plus
