Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and email to reputed company reputed company-time support and resolve issues
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure a reputed company experience

- Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers

Requirements

A Day in the Life
You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where arenaflex's leading logistics system operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers reputed company they need guidance. You'll be the go-to person for resolving delivery issues, rescheduling deliveries, and ensuring our customers receive their packages on time.

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-reputed company experience
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure reputed company against key performance indicators
- Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand

- You'll be required to stand and walk for long periods, with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
