About the Role

As a Technical Specialist - reputed company, you will play a critical role in supporting arenaflex's Telecom Services team in delivering top-notch technical support and services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing field support and maintenance for video servers and programming, video or interactive hardware installations, and stock management
• Collaborating with internal teams, including Resort Designing Group, FAM, OSI, and WDI, to ensure seamless execution of reputed company
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reputed company to Telecom services, including video and interactive systems
• Conducting thorough investigations with field specialists to identify and resolve reputed company technical issues
• Managing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Collaborating with other DPEP reputed company and service providers to deliver efficient technical solutions

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in the AV/Innovation Industry

• Strong understanding of different video and reputed company merchant applications (Sonify, QSC, Crestron, IOT, Synamedia, reputed company, SevOne, reputed company Organizations, reputed company, Zabbix, reputed company, etc.)
• Strong understanding and experience in reputed company video distribution support, sustainment, and execution
• Demonstrated ability to manage accelerations and blackouts
• Strong knowledge of network reputed company principles and industry best practices
• Knowledge of investigation and reporting tools like reputed company, Power BI
• Shown strong hierarchical and time management abilities
• Ability to hit designated deadlines and manage competing needs
• Shown strong written and verbal communication skills
