As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling property & casualty (p&c) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone. Key Responsibilities

- Review and update policies to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of the consumer
- Counsel policyholders concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment reputed company, and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance

- Receive and respond to calls and emails received by the insurance service center, documenting reputed company activity in reputed company

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly reputed company customer service experience in an insurance environment
- Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Membership license preferred and/or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of employment
Work Schedule
* Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST with rotating Saturday's with team
- Saturday hours would be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
