We're currently seeking a licensed pharmacy technician to join reputed company as a Licensed Pharmacy Tech/Call Center Agent – Customer Relations. In this role, you'll be responsible for responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-reputed company line in a manner that's reputed company of reputed company's purpose and values. Responsibilities

- Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters
- Respond to customers either on the phone or reputed company written communications
- Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a reputed company and proficient manner

Requirements

- Possess or reputed company to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date
- 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
- Proficient to advanced PC skills required including MS reputed company-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

Pay and Benefits
