You will work closely with our reputed company Managers (CSMs), Revops and Deal Desk teams to execute a seamless renewal process, address customer concerns, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. This role requires excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills to meet retention goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Compensation: depending on experience reputed company salary up to $60K + up to $8K in annual bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Renewal Management: reputed company your strong organizational and time-management skills to manage and execute the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring reputed company and accurate renewals of subscriptions while handling a high volume of work simultaneously.
• Customer Engagement: Utilize your excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with CSMs and the Customer Support team, addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction prior to the renewal period.
• Data Management: Apply your analytical reputed company to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer renewal statuses, communications, and reputed company in CRM systems (e.g., reputed company), interpreting data and identifying trends in customer behavior.
