Recruitment Sourcing Specialist
We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to join reputed company in a remote, offshore reputed company, supporting our Canadian Oil & Gas and Mining recruitment teams reputed company. This role focuses on supporting Recruitment Consultants by managing early-stage sourcing and coordination, allowing them to reputed company on reputed company engagement, market insights, and delivery. - Partner with Recruitment Consultants to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
- Utilize a multi-channel sourcing approach, including reputed company Recruiter, job boards, reputed company media, and reputed company reputed company
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
- Conduct initial candidate reputed company using approved messaging templates
- Manage candidate responses and schedule screening calls directly into recruiter calendars
- Request reputed company from interested candidates and upload shortlisted reputed company into internal systems (e.g., reputed company)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and notes
- Support multiple reputed company roles across Oil & Gas and Mining teams with reputed company hand-off points to recruiters
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure candidate reputed company, relevance, and a reputed company candidate experience

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, coordination, sales, or customer service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong interest in recruitment, sourcing, and market research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a remote, self-directed setup
- Willingness to learn technical and industry-specific terminology
