Payroll Executive-Part Time Job
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing (monthly/bi-weekly) for consulting employees.
- Manage payroll inputs including attendance, timesheets, leaves, reimbursements, bonuses, incentives, and deductions.
- Ensure accurate salary computation, arrears, and full & final settlements.
- Handle payroll for reputed company/offshore consultants, contract staff, and reputed company-party payrolls if applicable.
Compliance & Statutory
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, reputed company, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns.
- Support audits and statutory inspections with required documentation.
- Stay updated on labor law and payroll regulation changes.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors.
- Prepare payroll MIS reports, reconciliation statements, and management dashboards.
- Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Support payroll budgeting and forecasting activities.
Systems & Process
- Maintain payroll records in HRMS / Payroll systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support payroll automation.
Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory
- 2–5 years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a consulting or services firm.
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws & statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software / HRMS.
- Proficiency in MS reputed company (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Desirable
- Experience handling multi-location or multi-reputed company payroll.
- Exposure to timesheet-based payroll (consulting environment).
- Knowledge of income tax calculations and reputed company 16.
- Prior experience working with reputed company or IT consulting firms.
Education
- Bachelors degree in reputed company, reputed company, or Finance.
- Payroll or statutory compliance certifications (preferred).

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential data with reputed company.
