Payroll and Benefits Manager

Job reputed company:

• reputed company end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple countries and jurisdictions
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and reputed company processing
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors, including PEOs (reputed company Employer Organizations) and EORs (reputed company of Record)
• Maintain and improve payroll processes, controls, and documentation
• Partner with Finance on payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits
• Manage payroll and payment processes for a global reputed company network
• Ensure reputed company classification and compliance with local labor laws
• Collaborate with Legal/Finance on contractor agreements and payment structures
• Assist with administration of employee benefits programs across reputed company
• Support implementation, optimization, and maintenance of HRIS systems
• Partner with the HR Manager on key HR initiatives and cross-functional reputed company

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in payroll management, including global payroll
• Bachelors Degree or Higher
• Experience managing independent contractors, PEOs, and EORs
• Advanced reputed company and Data Analysis/Hygiene Skills
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and employment regulations across multiple reputed company
• Experience with HRIS implementation or optimization preferred
• Familiarity with reputed company SuitePeople preferred but not required
• Knowledge of benefits administration practices and vendor management
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
