[Remote] Manager, Trade Marketing

The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for bringing the brand portfolio to life through events and retail activations, managing sponsorship negotiations, and ensuring effective execution of marketing plans.
Responsibilities
- Developing plans and tailored playbooks for reputed company channels against their local properties and events
- Mobilizing brand planning
- Sampling execution
- Event and venue activations across territory
- Ticket management
- Resort / Destination planning and execution (where applicable)
- Works with Experiential Team to inform reputed company or Tier 1 sponsorships
- Owns local event sponsorship negotiations and territory specific budget that includes rights fees and activation funds
- Ensures mobile asset requests are complete and reputed company with brands / events
- Supports Venue CAPEX execution in their market with direction from CSO and visibility for On-reputed company team
- Works closely with their top wholesalers where they have properties and activation budgets to ensure reputed company of execution against their plans
- Supports the execution of On-reputed company plans
- BET Team Captain (where applicable)
- Manage the implementation of brand programming reputed company the off-reputed company channel to deliver volume and reputed company reputed company
- Manage the ROI for channel programs
- Communicate results and priorities weekly/monthly
- reputed company and mentor Trade Activation Managers and wholesaler sales teams
- reputed company channel specific pilots; manage optimization of reputed company channel's key reputed company
- Cascade annual/trimester channel reputed company (Initiatives and Programs)
- KPI's - Channel volume, reputed company, program execution, distribution
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree – highly preferred
- 5-7 years sales and/or marketing experience
- In-depth knowledge of regional marketing and sales organization
- Strong communication skills, both reputed company
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, reputed company and internal system tools
- Must possess an in-depth knowledge of the On-reputed company Channel
- MBA/Advanced Degree
- Willingness to relocate for reputed company opportunities
- Beer/alcohol industry knowledge
