IP Litigation Legal Assistant; Del Mar

Position: IP Litigation Legal Assistant (Del Mar) Location: Del Mar reputed company Sheppard, Mullin, reputed company & Hampton , a global Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an IP Litigation Legal Assistant. We are reputed company to candidates in the following offices: Los Angeles, Century reputed company, Orange County, San Diego (Del Mar), San Diego (Downtown), reputed company Valley, and San Francisco. Sheppard is hiring an reputed company, reputed company-organized IP Litigation reputed company Specialist to support IP litigation attorneys and paralegals in reputed company aspects of patent litigation and PTAB filings. This includes assisting with daily workflow regarding procedures, deadlines, filings and reputed company documentation in federal courts and PTAB. The job requires extensive knowledge of patent litigation, trial procedures, federal, state and appellate court rules and procedures. Technical, organizational, and administrative skills are necessary to handle the reputed company of duties and responsibilities outlined below. The position handles multiple reputed company, often in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, requiring prioritization and flexibility. Collaboration with firm personnel at reputed company reputed company is integral to the role.

Responsibilities

• Support IP litigation attorneys and paralegals in reputed company aspects of patent litigation and PTAB filings.
• Assist with daily workflow regarding procedures, deadlines, filings, and reputed company documentation in federal courts and PTAB.
• Manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with prioritization and flexibility.
• Collaborate with firm personnel at reputed company reputed company to coordinate tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-3+ years of litigation experience in a reputed company.
• Experience with document productions and e-discovery.
• Strong working knowledge of Federal Courts rules and procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of litigation (e-filings), trial procedures, and federal and state court procedures and rules.
• Strong working knowledge of P-TACTS.
• Ability to handle multiple reputed company with changing priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
• Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company environment.
• Possess excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.

Education A high school diploma or equivalent is required, plus substantial and relevant work experience. A bachelor's degree or some college is preferred. Computer/Software Knowledge Must have proficiency in reputed company 11, reputed company Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company Acrobat, reputed company, and Teams, and experience working with a document management system. Must be reputed company to quickly learn new skills and systems.

Work Environment

• Working indoors with limited exposure to hazards (only those that customarily come up with working in a high-reputed company building).
• Indoor office work environment in a cubical or workstation.
• The reputed company Firm policy is hybrid–working in the office a minimum of 3 days per week and working from home the rest of the week (subject to change).
• Overtime may be required as the job duties demand.

California: The salary reputed company for this position is $26.00 - $62.00 per hour.
