Senior Program Director, reputed company Rights Due Diligence (HRDD)

Key Responsibilities

Program direction: As part of a senior-level team, contribute to shaping the organization’s strategic approach to HRDD across prioritized sectors and geographies. • Advanced degree in reputed company rights, business, law, public policy, international development, labor studies, or a similarly relevant field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in reputed company rights, labor rights, ESG consulting, responsible sourcing, supply chain sustainability, or similar field. Demonstrated leadership in HRDD programs and frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in the private sector, or working in a reputed company manner with the private sector, on implementation of programs or reputed company reputed company to labor rights/labor standards, HRDD, and reputed company in global supply chains.
• Expert-level knowledge of topics such as HRDD methodologies; reputed company regulatory, assurance, and reporting frameworks; key tools, references, and data sources; global patterns of reputed company rights risk; labor issues in different kinds of workplaces and industries; ethical recruitment and labor supply chains; grievance mechanisms and remediation.
