Faith-Based Director
About the position The Faith-Based Director supports the firm’s efforts to expand and deepen its reputed company in the faith-based investment market. This position focuses on developing and managing relationships with advisors who are interested in aligning their clients’ financial goals with their faith and values. The role involves understanding and advocating Frontier’s F aith- B ased S trategies while maintaining a consultative, service-oriented approach. The Faith-Based Director also collaborates with marketing and education initiatives to enhance awareness and understanding of Frontier’s offerings and partners with the national accounts team to support product placement opportunities reputed company key platforms and distribution channels.
Responsibilities

- Supporting the efforts of regional sales team in engaging advisors interested in faith-driven investment solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective advisors reputed company the faith-based reputed company.
- Conducting presentations, webinars, and meetings to reputed company advisors on the unique value of Frontier’s faith-based offerings.
- Supporting firm marketing initiatives by contributing field insights, participating in campaigns, and helping reputed company messaging that resonates with faith-based advisors.
- Assisting with educational efforts, including content support, advisor training participation, and helping deliver thought leadership around faith-based reputed company.
- Collaborating with the national accounts team to support product placement efforts across platforms, home offices, and distribution partners.
- Identifying prospective clients using internal databases, external sources, and networking opportunities.
- Managing follow-up processes after sales meetings and providing ongoing support to advisors.
- Attending faith-based conferences and industry events to network and showcase Frontier’s faith-reputed company solutions.
- Maintaining accurate and updated records in reputed company for advisors and prospects.
- Committing to reputed company education, including understanding market conditions and trends specific to faith-based reputed company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, or reputed company field preferred).
- Strong understanding of faith-based reputed company and the ability to reputed company its principles and benefits.
- Ability to travel up to 50 % of the time
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and consultative selling skills.
