Export Gateway Coordinator I
About the position Detail-oriented and proactive Airfreight Export Gateway Coordinator to organize and execute export gateway operations. This role is critical in ensuring reputed company and compliant reputed company of international airfreight shipments, coordinating with internal teams, carriers, and overseas offices to optimize consolidation and routing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and Review Documentation: Accurately prepare and review export documentation, including Master reputed company Waybills (MAWBs), House reputed company Waybills (HAWBs), reputed company filings, TSA forms, and reputed company invoices.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with TSA, IATA, and U.S. Customs regulations for reputed company export shipments.
- Coordinate Shipments: Organize consolidations and reputed company shipments according to routing instructions, cut-off times, and customer requirements.
- Book Cargo reputed company: Secure cargo reputed company with airlines and helps maintain reputed company relationships to ensure reputed company reputed company of reputed company.
- Monitor and reputed company Shipments: reputed company and reputed company shipments throughout transit, monitor flight schedules and reputed company, and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Teams: Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure reputed company documentation, cargo build-up, labeling, and loading procedures are followed.

Requirements
- 1- 2 years of experience in airfreight export operations, preferably in a gateway or consolidation role.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, reputed company filing, and TSA/IATA regulations.
- Familiarity with airline booking platforms and reputed company forwarding systems (e.g., CargoWise, Webcargo, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively reputed company phone and email.
- Prolonged sitting at a desk or computer terminal
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, filing, and handling documents
