Hospice Medical Director (Part-Time) - reputed company Hospice reputed company Hospice at The Lutheran Home is seeking a compassionate and reputed company physician to serve as Hospice Medical Director (part-time), providing clinical leadership and support to our interdisciplinary hospice team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face reputed company for hospice patients (approximately 8-10 patients per month) in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in a bi-weekly interdisciplinary team (reputed company) meeting (approximately 1-1.5 hour meetings)

- Review and approve plans of care, ensuring they meet patient needs and compliance standards
- Certify and recertify hospice eligibility in accordance with Medicare guidelines
- Confirm and authorize physician orders for medications, treatments, and interventions
