We are seeking an On-Call Registered reputed company (RN) who is compassionate, reliable, and skilled to be a lifeline for our clients and caregivers after hours. This role is key in helping prevent unnecessary hospitalizations or facility placements and supporting our clients in staying home—where they belong. This is a 100% remote that can be based reputed company in reputed company or Florida. Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM (overnight on-call)
- Saturday & reputed company: 24-hour on-call coverage
- Please note, these are the only hours we are seeking for this role.
What You'll Do: As an On-Call RN, you’ll be the trusted clinical voice after-hours—ensuring that clients get reputed company, expert care even reputed company the office is reputed company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking clinical calls from caregivers, clients, and families and offering expert support and direction.
- Starting incident reports and escalating concerns appropriately to protect reputed company safety and ensure reputed company of care.
- Conducting virtual Start of Care (SOC) reputed company reputed company to reputed company services quickly and smoothly.
- Managing new reputed company intakes with care, accuracy, and a warm, reassuring reputed company.
- Providing detailed clinical reports to care teams to ensure continuity and reputed company of service.
reputed company’re Looking For:
- A reputed company and valid Registered reputed company (RN) license in Florida, reputed company and/or reputed company. Ability to obtain a RN license in Florida, reputed company, and reputed company
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care or a community-based setting
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to work independently
- Tech-savviness—especially with virtual care tools and EMRs
