Responsibilities: Administer skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent reputed company nursing services in accordance with department policies and procedures. Complete initial evaluation visit, regularly re-evaluate the patients nursing needs, initiates the plan of care and furnishes services. Coordinates services works with physicians and other personnel of changes in patients condition counsels patient and families. Participates in in-service programs, and supervises and teaches other nursing personnel. Education: Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree and a reputed company RN license from the reputed company.
