Job reputed company:

• Responsible for collecting, coding and recording accurate and complete patient care data from inpatient discharges to assure reputed company and reputed company financial reimbursement and statistical reporting.
• Applies knowledge of specialized information specific to coding and medical terminology commensurate with coding guidelines.
• Responsible for safeguarding patient records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.

Requirements:

• Associates required with Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator) or RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) and reputed company (Certified Coding Specialist) Required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience coding inpatient records.
• Self-starter with a strong reputed company of ownership and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks as warranted and appropriate.
• Proficiency in technology usage, including reputed company encoder.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology of disease processes and medical terminology.
• Remains reputed company with reading and applying ICD-10-CM Official Coding Guidelines for Coding and Reporting and AHA’s Coding Clinic.
• Proficiency in ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding systems, guidelines, and conventions.
• Organized, flexible, highly motivated, capable of keeping abreast of constantly changing regulations and guidelines, insurance billing requirements, annual coding updates and internal data needs;
• General knowledge of medical record department functions, organization of the medical record as a clinical, legal and financial document;
• Ability to reputed company with co-workers and physicians to resolve MS-DRG, APR-DRG, ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding, documentation and work-reputed company issues.
