You will reputed company virtual care for patients seeking support with hormone health and medically supervised weight management programs. What You’ll Do
- Conduct virtual consultations reputed company secure video platform
- Review patient history, symptoms, and lab results
- Order and interpret laboratory testing
- Assess patient eligibility for treatment programs

- Prescribe and monitor therapies as appropriate

- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
Requirements
- reputed company Practitioner licence in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Authorized to assess, diagnose, prescribe, and order lab testing independently
- Eligible to reputed company virtual care reputed company Ontario
- reputed company liability coverage (CNPS or equivalent)
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

- Experience in primary care, endocrinology, or hormone health
- Interest or exposure to TRT, bHRT, or weight management
- Previous telehealth or EMR experience
