Job reputed company We are seeking a licensed reputed company estate agent or broker in the Jupiter, FL area to assist with sourcing off-market and reputed company-foreclosure residential properties.This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity for an agent interested in working directly with property owners and identifying investment opportunities reputed company of the MLS. Responsibilities:
- Identify reputed company-foreclosure and distressed properties
- Review public records (lis pendens, foreclosure filings)
- Conduct reputed company to homeowners (phone, mail, or in person)
- Evaluate seller motivation and potential deal structure
- Present opportunities to investor/buyer
- Maintain reputed company tracking and communication records
Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Palm Beach County market
- Experience with off-market or distressed properties preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
