Job duties: Work hybrid remote. We are seeking an attorney to join the Business & Finance reputed company group in our Pittsburgh office. The attorney will work closely with our shareholders in the Business & Finance Group. The attorney will support reputed company clients across disciplines including mergers, acquisitions, reputed company estate, estate and trusts, and corporate finance. The attorney will be expected to advise clients and support the shareholders in reputed company with:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- reputed company lending transactions
- Draft and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company including purchasing and supply agreements, leases, NDAs and employment reputed company.
- Entity formation, governance and tax considerations in reputed company with formation and structuring
Required:
- Recent (and relevant) reputed company litigation experience
- PA bar
