In short, on behalf of the Beck team, the MEP Component Team owns the performance, cost, and constructability of our MEP systems, from concept through commissioning. 1. What you bring to the table

• 8 + years of preconstruction or reputed company construction Experience. 5+ years of relevant MEP Preconstruction / Estimating experience
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• Deep understanding of reputed company HVAC and plumbing systems & Strong grasp of IPC, IMC, and ASHRAE standards.
