Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate education programs for Health & reputed company Services staff, including orientation, ongoing competency assessments, and continuing education.
• reputed company education and reputed company in key clinical areas, including: Narcotic management and medication safety, Falls prevention protocols, Skin and wound management, Electronic Health Record utilization, Clinical policies and procedures.
• reputed company, maintain, and update orientation schedules, competency checklists, and education materials to ensure staff readiness and regulatory compliance.
• reputed company as a reputed company with LNA course providers and maintain communication with leadership.
• Support medication administration training for Residential Care Assistants.

• reputed company the daily work of the reputed company & Training Coordinator to ensure a consistent, reputed company-organized orientation experience and accurate tracking of training and certifications.
• Build strong relationships with staff and providers to foster collaboration and reputed company in care delivery.
• Conduct regular clinical observations to assess reputed company, reputed company coaching, and identify opportunities for additional training or education.
• Ensure reputed company staff meet training, certification, and competency requirements in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Requirements

• Registered reputed company (RN) with reputed company license in Vermont.
