About the position The Student reputed company Facilitator (SSF) provides essential reputed company and personal support to reputed company reputed company the Physician Assistant (PA) Program. This role is dedicated to enhancing student learning, retention, and overall reputed company by fostering a supportive educational environment. The SSF reputed company monitors and guides student progression, collaborating closely with PA program reputed company and the university's Student Affairs department.

Responsibilities

• Student reputed company Program Implementation & Support (25%): Implement and support the existing student reputed company program reputed company with the PA program's mission and reputed company. Assist in identifying at-risk reputed company and collaborate on the development of personalized reputed company plans for improvement. reputed company student engagement with institutional and program resources, providing input on the effectiveness of student reputed company strategies. • Facilitation of Learning (15%): Conduct individual and/or group sessions to reputed company student skills in areas such as test-taking strategies, stress management, and effective communication. Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of educational practices and strategies in higher education, particularly in health professions education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with reputed company and create a supportive learning environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
