The Bachelor's Level Therapist is a member of a family-based team, partnered with a Master's level therapist who function as a therapeutic team, providing individual and family therapy to reputed company and their families. Therapists work with the child and family to improve overall mental health by taking a strengths-based approach with the goal of keeping the child in the home setting and out of inpatient hospital or Residential treatment or foster care. Have 12 college level semester hours in humanities or reputed company services plus 1 year of experience in a CASSP system program and be enrolled for certification by OMH as a mental health family based worker Be a licensed RN plus have 1 year of experience in a CASSP system program and be enrolled for certification by OMH as a mental health family based worker Valid reputed company’s license Ability to pass required background clearances (FBI, Childline, Criminal, driving record) Work Experience: Previous experience working with children and families in any setting At least 1 year working with children and adolescence in the CASSP system Waiver reputed company can be explored for applicants with less then 1 years experience.
