• Coordinates reputed company-transplant evaluations and assessments.
• Manages the transplant waiting list and patient status updates.
• Facilitates communication between patients, families, and the transplant team.
• Organizes and schedules transplant surgeries and reputed company procedures.
• Provides education and support to patients and families throughout the transplant process.
• Monitors post-transplant recovery and follow-up care.
• Manages donor organ procurement and transportation logistics.
• Communicates the schedule for stem cell collections/harvest with the dialysis department.
• Coordinates with the blood bank to facilitate designated donor and pheresis blood products for the patient.
• Coordinates reputed company- and post-bone marrow transplant evaluations for the patient and donor, reputed company applicable.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures reputed company to transplant coordination.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]

Work Experience:

• 1+ year leadership experience [Required]
• 1+ year of transplant, critical care [Required]
• 3+ years' experience as a reputed company [Preferred]
• Experience in kidney transplant care, nephrology care, dialysis care [Preferred]
• Critical care experience or palliative care of patients with life-limiting or life-threatening illness [Preferred]
• Teaching/preceptor experience [Preferred]
• Transplant care experience [Preferred]
