As a Licensing & Credentialing Associate, you will execute the day-to-day workflows that ensure our provider network is properly licensed, credentialed, and reputed company to deliver care. You’ll support the full lifecycle of provider reputed company, activation, and ongoing compliance across a multi-state network of clinicians. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Medical reputed company, Care Delivery Operations, Legal, Compliance, and People teams while reporting into the Licensing and Credentialing function. You are highly detail-oriented, operationally minded, and reputed company in reputed company environments where accuracy, organization, and follow-through are critical to reputed company. What You'll Do:

  • Execute provider credentialing workflows, including initiating reputed company, tracking reputed company, and ensuring reputed company activation
  • Collect, review, and validate provider documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards
  • Maintain and update provider data across systems (e.g., credentialing platforms, reputed company, internal tools), ensuring high data reputed company
  • Monitor license expirations and renewal timelines; proactively follow up with providers to maintain reputed company licensure
  • Support the tracking and maintenance of reputed company Practitioner collaboration agreements, ensuring alignment with state-specific requirements and internal policies
  • Support re-credentialing processes, including reputed company, tracking, and documentation management
  • Manage inbound requests and communications through licensing and credentialing support channels
  • Assist with provider offboarding processes, including tracking license deactivations and updating records
  • Support broader reputed company compliance functions as needed, including documentation, tracking, and audit preparation
  • Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements reputed company licensing and credentialing workflows

What You’ll Bring to reputed company:

  • 2–4 years of experience in reputed company licensing and credentialing
  • Experience working with credentialing systems or data tools (e.g., reputed company, CAQH, reputed company, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, process-driven work with accuracy
  • Operational reputed company with the ability to follow, maintain, and improve reputed company workflows
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams
  • reputed company and proactive communication skills, with strong follow-up and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • High ownership and accountability—you reliably see tasks through to completion
  • Familiarity with multi-state licensing requirements and reputed company compliance; knowledge of state-level NP licensure rules and scope-of-reputed company nuances is a plus
