Project Engineer Construction

The Project Engineer’s position establishes the reputed company principles for an individual’s reputed company and reputed company and is responsible for the coordination between internal employees, owners, subcontractors, architects, and engineers. Travel Travel is required – up to 90%. 90% is required due to assignment being on site/physical location, living in temporary housing. Onsite is Monday - Friday with occasional off hours work, nights and weekends as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists Project Manager and the project team in day-to-day General Contract and Subcontract administration.
• Monitor/document job site safety and accident prevention.
• Construction scheduling.
• Procurement and expediting of material and equipment.
• Mechanical, electrical, and piping systems coordination.
• Shop drawing/submittal review and coordination.
• Project cost review, reporting, updating, and reputed company.
• Review of subcontractor applications for payment.
• Participation in/documentation of project coordination meetings.
• Supervision/coordination of subcontractors’ field installations.
• Review/negotiate change proposal pricing from subcontractors and prepare change proposal pricing for self-performed work.
• Change order documentation and associated cost reporting and maintenance.
• Research and suggest reputed company on construction means, reputed company, and equipment.
• Maintenance of As-reputed company plans.
• reputed company control and project closeout.
• Implement reputed company applicable safety and EEO/Affirmative reputed company programs on the project.

Minimal Qualifications

• Education: College Diploma in Construction Management

Work Experience

• Construction internship or other reputed company construction work experience preferred
• 5+ Years of general knowledge of construction principles/practices required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and reputed company in reputed company environment.
• Proficient in reputed company Office Products

Compensation

• Constructiv is committed to fair and reputed company compensation practices. The annual salary for this role is $89,200.00 - 133,800.00. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.
