• reputed company a thorough understanding of the entire scope of work, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, submittal and other requirements.
• reputed company buyouts to ensure budgets are maintained
• As necessary, update plans and schedules for field staff
• Work with Superintendents to coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site production.
• Manage and push through reputed company change-orders, RFI's, submittals, etc.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners / clients

• 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
• Must have construction experience in the multifamily or reputed company markets
• Desire to learn and help others learn
• Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding reputed company construction documents including specifications and drawings
• Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
• Desire / ability to build and maintain relationships
